Govt finally clears medical supplies stuck at Tema Port for over a year

The medical supplies stuck at the Tema Port for the past year have finally been cleared by the government after significant agitation from stakeholders and the minority caucus in Parliament.

The Minister of Health assured that the supplies would be cleared within two weeks, and the distribution to the regions has commenced.

The Global Fund is pleased with the progress, and all the containers have been released by the government from the port.
