8th Parliament risks being the worst in Ghana’s history – Ursula warns

Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, MP for Ablekuma West, has urged Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin to restore order in the House, warning that the ongoing chaos threatens to make the 8th Parliament the worst in Ghana's history.

She expressed concern over increasing disruptions, recalling the disorder during Bagbin's election as Speaker, and called for decisive leadership to maintain parliamentary integrity.

Speaking at a Cyber Security Authority event, she stressed the importance of peace and stability, urging all parties to resolve disputes and prevent further damage to Parliament's reputation and Ghana’s democracy.
