Address basic needs to avoid civil unrest – Haruna to Politicians

Haruna Iddrisu, Member of Parliament for Tamale South, has emphasized the importance of politicians taking the aspirations of Ghanaians seriously and avoiding a situation similar to the recent violent protests in Kenya.

He highlighted the lack of basic amenities in many parts of the country and reminded politicians of their responsibility to address these issues.

As the December 2024 general elections approached, Iddrisu encouraged the youth to speak up when necessary and prioritize the country's interests.
