President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has extended the tenure of Auditor-General Johnson Akuamoah Asiedu by two years.
Originally set to retire on August 1, 2024, Asiedu will now continue in his role.
A notice dated June 19 from the Audit Service announced the extension, congratulating Asiedu on the decision.
The notice emphasized the President's support and the Service's appreciation for Asiedu's continued leadership.
