Alan announces plans to abolish Council of State

Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen, founder of the Movement for Change, has announced plans to abolish the Council of State and replace it with a Second Chamber of Parliament representing various stakeholder groups.

He made this announcement during the launch of his party's manifesto, "The Great Transformational Plan", which focuses on economic transformation and governance.

Kyerematen criticized the two major parties, NPP and NDC, for their alleged incompetence and excessive borrowing, urging Ghanaians to choose a new face like his party in the 2024 elections.
