Former National Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Freddie Blay, has demanded a retraction and apology within one week from North Tongu MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, TV3, and presenter Johnnie Hughes.
Blay refutes allegations that his family is involved in state capture, insisting his sons lawfully acquired beachfront property from the La Traditional Council, not the Labadi Beach Hotel.
He accuses Ablakwa of spreading propaganda and emphasizes that the hotel has not contested the land acquisition in court.
Blay threatens legal action if the accusations, which he believes have defamed him and his family, are not withdrawn and apologized for.
