Asiedu Nketia warns security officers against taking lives of electorates

NDC National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia has warned senior security officers against following orders from the ruling NPP to harm citizens during the upcoming December 7 elections.

Speaking in Amanase, he reminded security personnel that crimes have no expiry date and vowed that an NDC government would hold those responsible for any such actions accountable.

Nketia’s comments were in response to the killing of eight people during the 2020 elections, which he claims were due to the bad conduct of the Electoral Commission and the NPP's influence over security forces.
