Assemblies of God Church Ministers’ Wives honour Lordina Mahama

The Ministers’ Wives Association of the Assemblies of God Church in Ghana has honored former First Lady Mrs. Lordina Mahama at their 2024 biannual conference.

President Mrs. Monica Wengam praised Mrs. Mahama for her achievements, philanthropy, and efforts to elevate women and children.

They noted her historical significance as the first Assemblies of God Church member to become the wife of a vice president and later a First Lady.

Mrs. Mahama, in her response, stressed the role of women in spreading the gospel and urged prayer for peaceful elections.
