Bawumia selected Opoku Prempeh as running mate based on his own experience – Nana B

Henry Nana Boakye, National Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has announced that Energy Minister Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NAPO) has been selected as Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s running mate for the upcoming elections.

Dr. Bawumia’s choice followed extensive consultations with President Akufo-Addo and Majority Leader Alexander Afenyo-Markin.

Boakye emphasized that Dr. Opoku Prempeh was chosen due to his extensive experience and that Dr. Bawumia's own experience as a running mate and vice president played a crucial role in the decision.

He expressed confidence in the Bawumia-Opoku Prempeh team’s potential for electoral success.
