Berekum Traditional Council hands ‘Berekum key’ to Bawumia in symbolic endorsement

The Berekum Traditional Council has symbolically handed over the key to Berekum to Vice President and NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, showing their full support for his presidential bid.

Acting president of the council, Osaberima Yeboah Datteh II, praised Bawumia’s accomplishments as Vice President and expressed confidence in his future leadership.

The council also thanked the NPP for developing Berekum, highlighting improvements like market construction and road tarring.

In response, Bawumia promised to continue the party's social initiatives and work on completing Berekum’s road projects if elected president.
