CPP opens nominations for presidential primary

The Convention People's Party (CPP) has announced the opening of nominations for its presidential candidate for the 2024 general elections.

Aspirants can pick up nomination forms from July 24 to August 2, 2024, at a cost of GH¢20,000 from the party secretariat.

Those who paid during the 2023 nomination period do not have to pay again but must pick up the forms.

The nomination fee is GH¢300,000.

Vetting of flagbearer aspirants will occur on August 6-7, 2024.

The campaign period runs from August 9-23, 2024, with the flagbearership election scheduled for August 24, 2024.
