Certain things happen for good, we can collaborate – Kwakye-Ackah on Amenfi Central NDC candidate’s disqualification

Peter Kwakye-Ackah, the Independent MP for Amenfi Central, has expressed a willingness to collaborate with the NDC despite their candidate Joana Cudjoe's disqualification by the Electoral Commission due to a pending injunction.

He stated, "There is no need to stretch this matter at all," and emphasized that he could represent the NDC as a candidate.

NDC Deputy General Secretary Mustapha Gbande accused Kwakye-Ackah of holding the party ransom, while the EC's disqualification stemmed from a petition questioning Cudjoe's voter identification.

The EC stated it must adhere to the court's injunction regarding her candidacy.
