The Minority in Parliament claims that the government's recently launched District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP) was originally an initiative of NDC flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama, first introduced in July 2016.
They argue that the project, now reintroduced by President Akufo-Addo, faced significant challenges under Mahama, including the controversial sale of equipment in the Bono Region.
The Minority urges the current administration to ensure transparency and accountability, learning from past mistakes to avoid similar issues in the execution of the project.
