Election 2024: NPP rejects Fitch Solution’s report predicting NDC win

The NPP has dismissed a Fitch Solutions report predicting an NDC victory in the December polls, which has been consistent in its forecast since last year.

The report indicates 54% of respondents believe former President John Mahama will win, attributing this to economic conditions.

NPP Deputy General Secretary Haruna Mohammed expressed disagreement, noting other reports show Dr. Bawumia leading. He acknowledged the importance of job creation and economic management but argued the NPP's superior record.

While respecting Fitch's report, Mohammed emphasized that predictions are not definitive and the party will closely review the findings.
