Amid escalating tensions in Awutu Senya West over the destruction of New Patriotic Party (NPP) campaign materials, Eugene Arhin, the NPP parliamentary candidate, has called for calm.
Incidents of vandalism targeting NPP signs and posters have raised concerns ahead of the elections. Arhin urged all parties to exercise restraint, maintain peace, and refrain from violence or destruction.
Emphasizing dialogue and lawful grievance channels, he called on NPP members to avoid retaliation and expressed confidence that law enforcement will address the issue appropriately.
