Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia, flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has criticized National Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer John Dramani Mahama, describing his administration as an "akonfem" era, referencing a lack of progress.
Speaking at the Ofie Mega Walk in Akropong on August 3, Bawumia emphasized that Ghana is moving into a digital age.
He outlined plans to digitalize customs to prevent corruption and streamline passport applications, ensuring a seamless process.
Bawumia contrasted himself with Mahama, stating that Mahama’s single term would lack accountability, whereas Bawumia, aiming for two terms, promised continuity and integrity.
He urged supporters to vote for him for innovative policies and development.
