Hawa Koomson reveals NDC plot to shoot son before stabbing incident [Video]

Mavis Hawa Koomson, MP for Awutu Senya East Constituency and Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, has accused the opposition NDC of plotting to kill her son.

Ato Koomson was stabbed by an NDC ward organizer during a voter transfer exercise. Despite the suspect's arrest, the NDC claims he acted in self-defense against alleged thugs.

At a Peace Talk event, Koomson disclosed that she had informed the police of the plot, but no preemptive action was taken.

She identified the suspect to the police before the incident, which she believes could have been prevented.
