I’m shocked – Asiedu Nketia tells Henry Quartey over threatening video saga

NDC National Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia has criticized the Interior Ministry for politicizing a crime.

In a radio interview, Nketia expressed disappointment after the Ministry linked a suspect, Ibrahim Mohammed, to the NDC.

Mohammed, seen in a viral video threatening public officials, including the IGP and the Interior Minister, accused them of rigging police recruitment.

Nketia denied any NDC connection with the suspect, saying, “The fact that someone claims to be NDC doesn't justify misconduct.”

He questioned why the Ministry focused on party affiliations rather than the crime itself.
