Kumasi traders reignite lobbying for Chief of Staff to be made NPP running mate

Traders at Kejetia Market in Kumasi have intensified calls for Chief of Staff Akosua Frema Osei-Opare to be chosen as Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's running mate for the 2024 presidential election.

They cited her performance as Chief of Staff and her support for market women, particularly in gender issues, as reasons for their endorsement.

The traders believed she was the best fit to improve the NPP's fortunes and help "Break the Eight."

They are pleading with the NPP leadership to endorse their choice, highlighting the importance of women's involvement in politics.
