Mahama begins 2-day visit to Bono East Region

The flagbearer of the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr John Dramani Mahama, is in Bono East for a two-day working visit to the newly created region.

Mr Mahama will be interacting with various groups, pay courtesy calls on traditional leaders and spend time with executives and supporters of the NDC in the region, a statement signed by his Special Aide, Joyce Bawa Mogtari, said.

While on his rounds, Mr. Mahama is expected to use the opportunity to thank the people for their support and endorsement as leader of the NDC.
