John Mahama, the NDC flagbearer, has pledged to address electricity issues in Ghana's Eastern Corridor by installing new substations in areas like Yeji, Bimbilla, and Yendi.

Speaking in Atebubu, Bono East, Mahama emphasized that these substations would enhance power supply and support local businesses.

He also plans to boost agriculture with a Farmers’ Service Centre for better access to resources and markets, and invest in road infrastructure to improve connectivity and economic growth in the region.
