A former Member of Parliament for Madina, Amadu Sorogo, has said the record of former President John Dramani Mahama will win him and the National Democratic Congress (NDC) the 2020 presidential and parliamentary elections.
According to him, Mahama performed well in office, therefore, the NDC will have stories to tell the electorate.
He said on the Ghana Yensom show on Accra 100.5FM on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 that Mahama built schools, hospitals, roads, affordable houses and several other development projects.
These, he said, are some of the achievements of the former President that would make him win the elections.
He told show host Kwabena Prah Jnr (The Don) that the Akufo-Addo administration has failed to deliver its promises.
Mr Sorogo noted that the government has not embarked on a single infrastructural development project to support the people of Ghana since coming into office in 2017.
“John Mahama promised to build schools and he delivered; as we speak, the current government has not started a single infrastructural project,” he said.
