Moses Asaga: $133K investment in Dubai paltry compared to Trasacco prices

Former MP Moses Asaga has denied allegations of owning illicitly acquired properties in Dubai, worth $133,000, as reported by the Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP).

Asaga claimed the report is a political machination, stating that his 30-year career justifies his ability to invest in such properties.

He questioned the focus on his investment, comparing it to property prices in Ghana, where apartments can cost upwards of $200,000 and luxury residences in Trassaco can fetch between $1 million and $5 million.

Asaga challenged the narrative of wrongdoing, asking if he should not be able to own such an investment after his years of service.
