NDC is the only party with outstanding intellectual capacity – Otokunor

He asserted that the NDC stands out for its expertise in policy and governance, describing the party as unmatched in intellectual strength.

Dr. Otokunor contrasted the upcoming election as a clear choice between the proven leadership of President Mahama and less effective alternatives, emphasizing the party's readiness to guide Ghana with well-informed and experienced leadership.
