The National Democratic Congress (NDC) will launch its manifesto in the Central Region in August, outlining policies for the December 7 elections.

At the campaign launch in Tamale, NDC Flagbearer John Dramani Mahama promised to establish a women's development bank to support female entrepreneurs.

He also pledged to abolish the double-track system in senior high schools, ensuring all students attend simultaneously.

Additionally, Mahama committed to eliminating "schools under trees" and building hostels on tertiary institution lands to enhance student safety and convenience.
