NPP PC promotes menstrual health awareness in Nkwanta South

Hajia Sekyere Tijani, NPP parliamentary candidate (PC) for Nkwanta South, has advised teenage girls not to feel ashamed during their menstrual cycle at a World Menstrual Hygiene Day event.

She emphasized that menstruation is natural occurrence and advocated for increased education and awareness, especially in rural areas where stigma and misinformation are prevalent.

Hajia Tijani pledged to support the girls by providing menstrual hygiene products and education if elected as MP.

Teenage girls at the event shared their struggles with stigma and appealed for support.
