NPP Youth Wing backs Atta Akyea’s remarks on Mahama

The National Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has endorsed Samuel Atta Akyea, MP for Abuakwa South, after his controversial "drunkard" comment about former President John Dramani Mahama.

The NPP Youth Wing, led by Salam Mustapha, rejected calls for an apology, criticizing the NDC for hypocrisy, citing past derogatory comments by NDC officials.

They pointed out that Dr Kwabena Duffour of the NDC made similar remarks about Mahama, which were never retracted.

The Youth Wing pledged to defend Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, their presidential candidate, against NDC attacks, demanding fairness in political discourse.
