NPP’s failures have overshadowed Ghana’s post-independence potential – NDC

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has accused the New Patriotic Party (NPP) of eroding Ghana’s potential since its independence on March 6, 1957.

In a statement marking Ghana’s Republic Day, NDC General Secretary Fifi Kwetey criticized the current NPP administration for economic mismanagement and high youth unemployment.

The NDC claimed the NPP leadership lacks credibility and patriotism, leading to deteriorating education and healthcare systems.

Urging Ghanaians to trust NDC flagbearer John Dramani Mahama, the statement warned of the NPP’s alleged attempts to manipulate the upcoming elections and called for vigilance to ensure a fair electoral process.
