Nana Frimpomaa Sarpong Kumankumah wins CPP presidential primary

Nana Frimpomaa Sarpong Kumankumah has been declared the winner of the Convention People's Party (CPP) presidential primary, securing 763 votes out of 1,360 cast.

Her opponent, Yaw Anokye Frimpong, received 586 votes, with 11 ballots rejected.

After her victory, Kumankumah emphasized the need for unity within the party moving forward.
