The National Democratic Congress (NDC) in Pusiga, Upper East Region, has warned the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to stop using inflammatory language that could heighten political tensions in the area.
The NDC urged NPP national leaders to rein in their members, warning of potential reprisals if the behavior continues.
At a press conference, NDC Communication Officer Alale Baba Atimbila condemned the NPP's attacks on MP Hajia Laadi Ayamba, calling them disrespectful and divisive.
He emphasized that politics should focus on ideas and development, not personal attacks, and warned that such behavior could backfire on the NPP.
