North Tongu MP Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has clarified that he holds no personal vendetta against Bryan Acheampong, owner of Rock City Hotel and Minister of Agriculture.
Ablakwa’s criticism arose from the controversial sale of SSNIT's 60% shares in four hotels to Rock City.
Following opposition and threats of a strike by Organised Labour, SSNIT halted the sale, leading Rock City Hotel to withdraw its bid.
Ablakwa, emphasizing his opposition to state asset sales, highlighted the historical failures of such transactions to benefit the country.
