Seth Terkper: NDC can transform Ghana in four years under Mahama

He praised Mahama’s leadership qualities, asserting that the NDC’s past performance demonstrates their ability to steer the country in the right direction.

Terkper also dismissed criticisms of the NDC's fiscal record, pointing to IMF corrections that support their claims.
