The Government appears to have changed the official title of COP Christian Tetteh Yohuno in court documents from "Deputy Inspector-General of Police in Charge of Operations" to simply "Deputy Inspector-General of Police."
This adjustment was noted in the Attorney General's response to a lawsuit challenging Yohuno's appointment, where the title was repeatedly referenced without the "in Charge of Operations" designation.
The lawsuit, filed by Emmanuel Felix Mantey, seeks to prevent COP Yohuno from acting in his newly appointed role, questioning the legality of his appointment under the 1992 Constitution.
