Edwin Nii Lante Vanderpuye, MP for Odododiodoo, has expressed disappointment over the disruptions during the memorial service for the late President John Evans Atta Mills at Asomdwee Park on July 24.

He called the incident "unwarranted," criticizing former NDC Deputy General Secretary Koku Anyidoho for exceeding his allotted time and delaying the event organized by the NDC and the JEA Mills Memorial Heritage.

Vanderpuye blamed the government for allowing the disruption and accused Anyidoho of arrogance, ego, and attempting to undermine the NDC's event due to his hatred for John Dramani Mahama.
