We must prevent Kenyan-style protests in Ghana – Mahama

NDC flagbearer John Mahama has stressed the importance of preventing unrest in Ghana similar to recent protests in Kenya over tax hikes and President Ruto's resignation.

Criticizing President Akufo-Addo's administration for economic mismanagement, Mahama promised that the next NDC government would create numerous opportunities for Ghana's youth.

During a visit to La Dadekotopon on July 5, Mahama stated that without opportunities, a youthful population could become a "timebomb."

He pledged a swift turnaround of the economy, contrasting it with the current government's approach, and aimed to alleviate the hardships faced by Ghanaians.
