With unity, NDC will win 2024 polls no matter the candidate - Mahama

Former President, John Dramani Mahama, has stated that party supporters are in high spirits despite the party’s defeat in the 2020 general elections.

According to him, people thought the National Democratic Congress (NDC) would have been demoralized.

However, his ‘Thank You Tour’ has shown that party members were in high spirits.

Mr. Mahama speaking in Goaso, said from all the areas he had visited, the morale of party supp[orers was high.

"You would not be able to tell it was the same party that lost the 2020 polls. Everybody is in high spirit, and that is something encouraging and commendable.”

It makes me happy that the party supporters are not disappointed and not discouraged. Let us work together again. We will soon start the reorganization of the party.”

He said the party was poised for its internal elections set to begin next year.

He posited that the party is poised to work and change the narrative in 2024.

Mr. John Mahama underscored the need for the party supporters to be united and reorganize the party towards victory 2024.

To him, it does not matter who the leader would be in 2024, "with unity, the NDC will win 2024," he stated.
