Independent presidential candidate, Jacob Osei Yeboah (JOY), has advised Ghanaians to change the voting pattern in the country by voting against the two main political parties [New Patriotic Party (NPP) and National Democratic Congress (NDC)].
According to him, the two main political parties have done little to improve the lives of voters in the country therefore, electorates should consider the two out of governance.
Speaking on Happy FM’s Epa Hoa Daben with Kwame Afrifa-Mensah JOY said “Your vote is your wisdom and people with wisdom should vote against NPP and NDC. Don’t vote the same way you have been voting since 1992.”
His comment comes on the back of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo’s visit to the Ashanti Region.
Nana Addo as part of his tour commissioned several projects as well as cut sod for the commencement of new ones reassuring residents of the commitment of his administration to develop the region by the end of his administration.
Jacob Osei Yeboah was an independent candidate for Ghana’s presidential elections in 2012 and 2016. He was one of the four candidates out of seventeen, to have survived the Electoral Commission’s controversial disqualification of candidates ahead of the 2016 general elections.
