Mobile lottery gaming platform ‘LuckyMall’, has officially initiated a rebranding campaign in Ghana and across other international branches.

The online lottery service provider will now be known as ‘LuckyWin’.

According to the Head of Marketing at ‘LuckyWin’ Ghana Jerry Wonder Sampson, the rebranding exercise was to give the company more leverage over the existing competition and also easily communicate the message of the company to their target audience. He stated this in an interview in Accra yesterday.

According to the Head of Marketing Jerry Wonder Sampson, the process is necessary for growth and also a step into a brighter future.

“We decided to change the name from ‘LuckyMall’ to ‘LuckyWin’ for easy understanding of what we do by our target audience.

"The new name we selected brings together the two major factors in the lottery: Win and Luck. LuckyWin as a company seeks to provide individuals of 18 years and above with multiple opportunities to win big sums of money and premium items from respected brands”, he explained.

The Head of Marketing Jerry Wonder Sampson added that the rebranding also came with some new additions to the gaming platform.

“We have a new website address www.LuckyWin.com.gh which is an upgrade from the old website www.luckymall.com.gh. However, existing customers will not be affected by the change in the website as their accounts remain accessible and valid.

But, it is not just a change of name, because we have added some new games which will give our customers more opportunities to win big whiles having fun at the same time. Such games are ‘Wheel of Fortune', ‘Super Burning Wins’, ‘Atomico Lotto’, ‘Betina Bingo’, and more. We also have provided an easier payment system for our customers using the mobile wallets through our local telecommunication networks”, he said.

Mobile lottery platform ‘LuckyMall’ Ghana has been undergoing a gradual rebranding process since May this year. The company was licensed by the Gaming Commission of Ghana in 2020 with its Head Office in Labone and other branches in Nigeria, Tanzania, and Kenya. The lottery service provider started in 2020 and can boast of being a game-changer in the online lottery business in Ghana.
