UK Boarding Schools Week, Accra Ghana

“Choosing a school is one of the most important, emotional, and financially significant decisions parents will make for their children. Time spent in early exploration, research, and discussion with individual schools and specialist consultants is not only wise, but it will also ensure that their sons and daughters will achieve their full potential, in a happy, safe and secure environment,” said Sara Sparling, a Director at Anderson Education.

Many people wonder why the surge in British Schools around the world, well the answer is not farfetched, because it's reliable, convenient, and safe, it's attractive to a lot of young people who see potential and future Academic excellence.

Many successful academics, artists, commercial leaders, lawyers, medics, musicians, politicians, scientists, and sportspeople from across Ghana owe their resilience, self-confidence, and success to the firm foundations they developed at a British boarding school.

In order to assist parents in Ghana choose some of the best UK boarding schools, we have over 12 different boarding schools in the UK coming to Ghana this weekend. The delegation is made up of principals and senior leaders who are here to meet with parents, students, government ministers, and business leaders at a UK Boarding School Exhibition - following a recent surge of interest in the benefits of a British boarding education among Ghanaian families.

The full list of some of the schools taking part in the delegation includes ACS Cobham, Bishops Stortford College, Bromsgrove School, Bruton School for Girls, Cardiff Sixth Form College, Earlscliffe College, Rochester Independent College, St Andrew's College Cambridge, David Game College London, MPW Colleges, Westonbirt School, Wycliffe College, Wells Cathedral School, Royal Russell School.

The idea is to have Parents register their preferred UK colleges before their Children graduate from JHS.

The free exhibition will be open from 11 am to 4 pm on Saturday 7th May at the Kempinski Gold Coast City Accra, Ministries PMB, 66 Gamel Abdul Nasser Ave, Accra, Ghana.
