Residents of EMEFS Hill View Estate in Ningo Prampram are urgently calling for repairs to their deteriorated access road, which is causing severe health risks.
The poor condition has led 40-50% of residents to relocate due to respiratory issues from excessive dust.
Businesses have shut down, and homeowners are losing tenants and revenue.
Despite repeated appeals to authorities, no action has been taken.
Solomon Tettey of the EMEF Estate Residents Association emphasized the financial losses, while Assembly Member Charles Agyemang urged restrictions on heavy trucks that worsen the road's condition.
