Benz involved in accident on Legon-Okponglo stretch

A severe accident involving a Benz car, registration DV 9118 R, occurred on the Legon-Okponglo road late Thursday, July 4.

The car was severely damaged, with the top and left side crushed and the windscreen shattered.

Eyewitnesses attributed the accident to speeding.

This is the second accident on this road within 12 hours. Drivers frequently complain about the lack of street lighting, making navigation dangerous.

Despite repeated appeals to authorities, the issue remains unresolved, contributing to hazardous driving conditions.
