E/R: Seven firefighters injured in an accident at Adankrono

Seven firefighters have been injured in a vehicle accident while responding to an emergency call in Adankrono.

The fire engine, carrying eight personnel, crashed while navigating a curve, possibly due to a steering lock issue.

One firefighter escaped unharmed, while the others were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.

The Eastern Regional Fire Service Commander visited the hospitals and confirmed that all injured personnel are in stable condition and receiving medical attention.
