2019-05-09Engage Now Africa graduates 29 learners enrolled in its adult literacy programme

Engage Now Africa (ENA), a non-governmental organisation has graduated 29 learners at Atwima Behenase in the Ashanti Region from its adult literacy programme.
The adult learners who received vocational training in beads craft, bleach making and liquid soap production were awarded certificates for their hard work and commitment in passing out the programme successfully.

Read full articleevent, the Assemblyman for Atwima Behenase Mr Frank Badu showed appreciation to Engage Now Africa for honouring their call when they requested for a literacy program in their community.
According to him, the literacy programme has improved the lives of people in the community and it will be prudent for people to enrol in to enjoy the benefits.
He was also appreciative of the skills training programme and urged the graduates to make use of it to augment their income to help better their conditions.
The Assemblyman further encouraged all present to take education seriously and make it a priority since it’s the key to unlocking potentials and creating opportunities.
Jeffery Nyarko who is the Literacy Manager at ENA congratulated the learners and also thanked the leaders of the community for inviting ENA to run the adult literacy program in the community.
He also congratulated the facilitators for their selfless act to patiently walk them through to the finish line.
He assured them of ENA’s dedication and support for anyone who intends to be part of the program and are also committed to putting in their resources to improving the lives and conditions of the people.
