Fire ravages over 50 shops at Tantra Hill in Accra

A devastating fire has destroyed over 50 shops in the Spot M area of Tantra Hill, Accra.

The blaze, which broke out around 2:00 AM on Saturday, reduced wooden and container structures to ashes, leaving traders and small business owners counting their losses.

Eyewitnesses reported that the fire consumed goods and property, causing significant devastation.

In a video circulating on social media, distressed residents can be heard urgently calling the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) for help.

The incident has left the community in shock as they assess the damage.
