GES appoints Rose Dapaa as Chief Personnel Officer

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has appointed Ms. Rose Dapaa as its new Chief Personnel Officer.

Ms. Dapaa, formerly the Regional Administrative Officer at the Ashanti Regional Education Directorate in Kumasi, brings extensive experience to her new role.
