Missing girl found; admits planning to travel with friends to ‘chill’ at festival

Fifteen-year-old Constance Kisbour Mensah, who was reported missing on July 28, 2024, has been found alive and in good health.

Constance disappeared after being punished for returning home late, sparking concern.

She was located on August 9, near Kasoa station, with a woman who had been sheltering her.

The woman fled when approached by Constance's relatives.

Constance later revealed to a senior CID officer that she had been persuaded by a classmate and her relative to leave home secretly for a festival.

After the trip failed, she was exploited for business.

Constance is now reunited with her family, and police are investigating.
