Murder of two security men leaves Wa residents in fear

Fear has gripped the Wa community after two private security men were killed in separate attacks at the Wa East office of the Ghana Education Service and the Wa Model Junior High School.

Residents have called on the police to increase security in the town, following the gruesome killings.

This comes after 11 security men were killed in Wa in 2023 under mysterious circumstances, leaving residents in a state of fear and uncertainty.

The police have arrived at the scene, but the community is seeking reassurance and protection.
