I don’t use your tithes for personal needs; they barely cover electricity bills – Duncan-Williams to congregation

Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams of Action Chapel International has told his congregation that church tithes and offerings are not sufficient to cover even electricity bills.

He emphasized that he does not rely on these contributions for his personal livelihood, as he has various local and international business ventures that financially support him.

He also highlighted his commitment to tithing, stating he pays more than most members.

Additionally, he criticized some clergymen for failing to tithe, noting that they often see themselves as too important to do so. The topic of tithing remains contentious within the Christian community.
