June 16 2012: German side FC Kaiserslautern have signed Ghana youth striker Kwame Nsor from second-tier side FC Metz. The 19-year-old has signed a four year deal with his contract expected to expire on June 30, 2016. Nsor was playing in his final year at Metz and scored two goals in six first team appearances in the French Ligue 2. “With Kwame Nsor we have secured the services of a talented young striker, who brings all the necessary qualities and has a huge potential to develop,” Kaiserslautern chairman Stefan Kuntz said. Nsor was transferred from now relegated Ghana Premier League side Mighty Jets. He was a member of the Ghana Under-20 team which crashed out at the Group stage of the 2011 African Youth Championship.
