The ex-Liberty Professionals offensive midfielder was spotted by a scout of the ambitious Faroe Island side while on trials at Danish side Thisted FC.
The move has ended months of searching for a club abroad.
Yeboah earned his debut senior national team call-up on August 20, 2008 in a friendly against Tanzania.
He was a member of the Ghana squad which won silver at the inaugural CHAN competition in Cot D’Ivoire two years ago.
He will join up with his new team in December.
